Plain version: we would like to know how many people find this site and which pages are useful, so we can make it better. We do not run adverts, we do not sell anything about you, and we do not pass anything to anyone outside the tools listed below.

What we ask about

We use Google Analytics to count visits. It sets a cookie on your device so it can tell a returning visitor from a new one. That is why we ask first. Nothing is stored for analytics until you press Yes, that is fine. If you press No thanks, Google Analytics stays switched off for you and you can still use every part of the site.

We never see your name, your email or your address through Analytics. We see totals: how many people came, which pages they read, roughly which part of the country they were in, and whether they arrived from a search engine, Instagram or a link.

What we store either way

If you use the Accessibility button to make text bigger, switch font or turn on high contrast, we save that choice on your own device so the site remembers it next time. That one is not tracking, it is the setting you asked for, and it never leaves your browser.

Changing your mind

Clear this site’s data in your browser settings and we will ask again on your next visit. You can also turn off cookies for this site entirely in your browser and nothing here will break.
